Michael Rager volunteered to assist WHCC as it assembled a committee to host its first Chick-fil-a Leadercast Event in 2012. Mike’s knowledge of the event, his energy and contacts helped WHCC exceed its goals, despite our late start doing a new thing. With his continuing help on an active committee, we are projecting more than 300% growth for 2013.
Recognizing organizational weaknesses displayed in the 2012 process, Mike agreed to join the Board and then offered a continuing quarterly Board Development series to help drive our organization towards our stated goals.
