I have found I am able to close that gap for them by helping them grow with a purpose instead of by accident. I accomplish this by using a strategic system that allows them to chart a clear and concise course to success. This process begins with the end in mind. I ask one simple question: When do you know your business is complete? Once you know where you are going, we can then assess where you currently are in your quest. Then, we can plan to either put you back on course, if you are off course. Or plan to get you there quicker if you are currently on course. Once you have the plan, then it is time to take action and track your progress, regularly review the plan and make the appropriate course corrections to keep you on track.

Each day starts with a tasty breakfast before hitting the water. Then, it’s time for professional development unlike any other. From 8 am to 4 pm, your team learns to fish while learning how to apply key leadership traits to not only the team on the boat, but also at the office. After a full day of activities, participants return to the hotel for a short break, followed by a carefully prepared dinner and then either a group discussion or a seminar. So not only are attendees receiving training and learning during the day, they also have the opportunity to step back into a boardroom setting to re-examine the lessons learned. This combination of traditional learning with action-packed, hands-on experiences helps bring theories to life.
